Jan counsels her clients in transactional and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and financing, real estate, corporate formation and governance, and employment issues. Jan utilizes her diverse legal experience and skills to guide her clients through complex and unfamiliar legal terrain in their pursuit of taking businesses to the next level. Jan has worked with entrepreneurial clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, technology, construction, and engineering.
Prior to joining the M&B team, Jan receive her law degree from The University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2007. While attending the Sturm College of Law, Jan was actively involved in various leadership roles in her capacity as an editor of the University of Denver Law Review and Student Bar Association officer.
Jan is a member of the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations, the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce Chamber 100, and Rocky Mountain Active 20/30. Jan was recently honored to be a participant in the Downtown Denver Partnership’s 2010 Downtown Denver Leadership Program, and regularly volunteers with Junior Achievement and other local charitable organizations.
In Jan’s personal time, she devotes her energy to her family and passion for travel and the culinary arts.
