Kim utilizes her litigation experience to counsel a wide variety of clients in commercial and employment related matters including: contract issues, shareholder disputes, wrongful discharge, equal employment opportunity, trade secrets, covenants not to compete, wage and hour, privacy, disability, and corporate dissolutions.  She advises companies on the complex issues of the modern workplace by developing practical solutions to meet their business needs while maintaining compliance with federal and state laws.

Prior to joining the MB team in 2004, Kim received her Bachelor of Arts from Carroll College in 1979 and continued on to complete her Juris Doctorate at Gonzaga University in 1982.

Kim is an experienced trainer: she regularly conducts trainings for corporate clients on issues of workplace diversity and harassment.  She frequently speaks at seminars involving a wide range of commercial and employment related topics.  Kim is also an active member of the Colorado Medical Group Management Association and the Porter Hospital Foundation Board of Directors.

Over the course of her career, Kim has been involved in hundreds of cases and has extensive judicial and administrative experience.  She has tried cases in federal and state courts; before judges, juries, administrative bodies, major arbitrations, and mediations.

Kim is licensed to practice in all the federal and state courts in Colorado and Montana, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court and U.S. District Courts.
