Kristin counsels clients in the areas of key employee incentive and ownership planning, business sales and acquisitions, business growth and tax planning, and exit and succession planning, with a background in estate planning and estate administration.
Prior to joining the MB team in 2003, Kristin completed her undergraduate degree in 1994 from the University of Colorado. After graduating from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 1998, she went on to receive her Legal Masters degree in Taxation from the University of Denver in 1999.
In the non-profit community, Kristin serves on the Board of Directors for the Montessori Academy of Colorado, and has taught classes for Junior Achievement.
Kristin is an active member of the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations, and the Women’s Estate Planning Council.
