Barb Wells to speak at NxLeveL for Entrepreneurs

Barb Wells, Managing Director, will be the guest speaker at the NxLeveL for Entrepreneurs program this evening, Monday, Feb. 8 at the South Metro Denver Chamber of Commerce training room. She will speak about Legal Entity, Intellectual Property, Contracts and Leases, Succession Planning and Government Regulations and sharing her knowledge with 16 business owners, representing 12 different companies. Kara Craig, M&B Associate, has been voted onto the Board of the Humane Society for South Platte Valley. We are proud of Kara and her accomplishments. In Kara's words: HSSPV is a brand new humane society that has been put together by a group of amazing people in the last 6 months to fill the void that will be left by t...he Colorado Humane Society, which was shut down by the state for mismanagement of funds and animal cruelty. We literally have a brand new facility in Littleton and kennels haven’t even been constructed yet.

Directors and attorneys were guests of UMB Bank last evening at Elways. Kara Craig of M&B said, "We had a great turnout and these bankers were more “dynamic” than expected, particularly Sean Nohavec and Christian Bienvenu the business development guys. Bert Williams, the President of UMB made an appearance. Everyone mixed and mingled easily including, Lisa, Barb, Kim and all of the associates."
