Tony King, Director, of Minor & Brown, PC is honored to have advised and represented Quest Product Development Corporation and Quest Manufacturing, LLC of Arvada, Co., a leader in the design, development, and manufacturing of medical, aerospace, and physical science products, in the sale of their business to Creative Technologies, Inc. Quest Product Development Corp. will continue to operate under the leadership of Mitch Houston and will focus on the development of new technologies and incubation of new entities, including the patented endoQuest and thermQuest technology platforms and the newly formed SurgiReal Products Inc.

 

Lincoln Trust Company

We would like to congratulate Lincoln Trust Company, a Denver-based, national provider of trust and custodial services, including self-directed IRAs and open architecture 401(k) plans, on its acquisition of Fringe Benefit Administrators, Ltd. of Louisiana. This transaction positions Lincoln Trust Company to expand its services into retirement plan administration throughtout the southeastern United States. Jim Thomas was honored to represent and advise Lincoln Trust Company throughout this transaction.

Powers Total Openings, LLC

Minor & Brown is honored to have advised and represented Powers Total Openings, LLC, a leading distributor of commercial doors, frames and hardware systems in the Denver area, in their asset acquisition of Bighorn Door & Hardware LLC of Arvada, CO. e2M

Minor & Brown represented engineering-environmental Management, Inc. (e2M), an environmental sciences and engineering firm with headquarters in Denver, in their stock purchase agreement by and between HDR Engineering, Inc. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Going forward, e2M will conduct business as HDR/e2M. Anthony A. King, Director/Shareholder and Jan R. Data Innovations, Inc.

Minor & Brown represented Data Innovations, Inc. in their stock purchase of David G. Rhoads Associates, Inc. Financial terms were not disclosed. Anthony A. King, Director/Shareholder and Jan R. Douglass, Associate Attorney, were honored to be the advisors for this transaction.

Honnen Equipment

As of May 1, 2009, Honnen Equipment has acquired the businesses of Scott Machinery Co., the John Deere authorized construction equipment dealer in Utah and Idaho. This acquisition expands Honnen Equipment's Rocky Mountain footprint, making it the largest dealer in Colorado, Wyoming, Utah and Idaho.
