Honnen Equipment
As of May 1, 2009, Honnen Equipment has acquired the businesses of Scott Machinery Co., the John Deere authorized construction equipment dealer in Utah and Idaho. This acquisition expands Honnen Equipment's Rocky Mountain footprint, making it the largest dealer in Colorado, Wyoming, Utah and Idaho. This ranks Honnen Equipment among the top 10 John Deere dealer groups in North America.
Medi-Dyn
Minor & Brown PC represented Medi-Dyn, Inc., a provider of health care support services, in its sale to Crothall Services Group. Jennifer S. Cohen, Ned A. Minor, James A. Thomas and Lisa A. D'Ambrosia were the advisors for this transaction.
